The problem

Where practices quietly lose patients

None of these are anyone's fault. Reception can't be on the phone and at the desk at the same time. But each one costs the practice money.

  1. Missed calls during treatment hours

When reception is busy with a patient, the phone rings out. A new patient who can't get through will often just call the next practice on their list and book there.

  2. No-shows

An empty chair still costs you the clinician's time, the nurse and the room. Often the patient simply forgot, and a reminder the day before would have saved the slot.

  3. Treatment plans that never get booked

Patients leave with a plan and a quote, mean to think about it, and never call back. That's treatment you've already diagnosed and priced, sitting unbooked.

  4. Patients who never come back

Without a nudge, a six-month check-up slips to a year, then two, and eventually the patient registers somewhere else. Every lapsed patient is future appointments you won't see.

What it does

What changes at your practice

Your AI receptionist handles the routine messages on WhatsApp, so your team can focus on the patients in front of them.

Core

Tap a feature to see it in action

Patients can book at 9pm, not just 9 to 5

Patients message your practice on WhatsApp and book an appointment into your diary at any time of day, using your opening hours, treatments and booking rules.

Patient communication

  • Your practice: Reminder: your check-up is tomorrow at 6:00 pm. Reply 1 to confirm or 2 to rearrange.

    Customer: 1

Your practice: Thanks, see you tomorrow! 😊

    Fewer empty chairs

Patients get reminders before their appointment and can confirm, cancel or move it with one reply. Cancelled slots are freed up early enough to refill.

  • πŸ“ž Missed voice call Β· 2:14 pm

Your practice: Sorry we missed your call, we're with a patient. Can I help you book here?

    Customer: Yes please, I need a check-up

Every missed call gets a reply

If nobody picks up, the caller gets a WhatsApp or text message straight away offering to help them book, so they don't ring the next practice.

  • Your practice: Thanks for coming in today! How was your visit?

    Customer: Really good, thank you!

Your practice: So glad to hear it! Would you leave us a quick Google review? ⭐️ It really helps.

    More reviews from happy patients

After a visit, patients get a short message asking how it went, with a direct link to leave a Google review.

Revenue recovery

  • Your practice: Hi Sam, it's been a while since your last check-up. Shall I find you a time?

Customer: Oh yes, good reminder! Any evenings?

    Lapsed patients come back

Recall and reactivation messages go to patients who are overdue for a check-up or hygiene visit, with an easy way to book.

  • Your practice: Hi Priya, just checking in about the treatment we discussed. Any questions, or shall I find you a time?

Customer: Could I do it next month?

Treatment plans get a second chance

Patients who haven't booked their proposed treatment get a polite follow-up, and their questions get passed to your team.

  • Your practice: Good news! A slot just opened tomorrow at 10:00 am. You're first on the waitlist. Would you like it?

    Customer: Yes please!

    Your practice: It's yours βœ…

    Cancellations get filled

When a slot opens up, patients on your waitlist are offered it automatically, first come first served.

Live demo

Message the demo practice right now

The quickest way to judge it is to try it as a patient would. Send a message on WhatsApp, book an appointment, then ask it to check your booking.

Open the demo in WhatsApp (opens WhatsApp)

Or message [DEMO_WHATSAPP_NUMBER] on WhatsApp.

It answers as a demo clinic and will book a fake appointment. No real practice sees your messages, but please don't share real health details.

Things to try

  • β€œCan I book a check-up next Tuesday afternoon?”
  • β€œWhen is my appointment?”
  • β€œI need to move my appointment to later in the week.”
  • β€œDo you do teeth whitening, and how much is it?”

Questions

What practices ask us

Does it integrate with our practice software?
[TODO: Answer directly. Say which practice management systems you support today (e.g. Dentally, Dentrix, Open Dental, Software of Excellence) and how: live diary booking or requests your team confirms. Say what happens if a practice's system isn't supported, and whether the upcoming CRM integration will cover it.]
Is patient data safe, and do you comply with data protection laws like GDPR?
[TODO: Write the real answer. Cover where data is stored and processed, which sub-processors are involved (e.g. Meta/WhatsApp, the AI model provider, hosting), how access from other countries is handled, data retention, whether you sign a data processing agreement, and registration with the relevant data protection authority.]
What if the AI says something wrong or gives clinical advice?
[TODO: Explain what the assistant is and isn't allowed to say, how it avoids clinical advice, when it hands over to a person, and who reviews conversations.]
What happens for dental emergencies?
[TODO: Explain how urgent messages are recognised, what the patient is told (e.g. the practice's emergency line or a local out-of-hours service), and how the practice is alerted.]
We're a small practice β€” is this overkill?
[TODO: Give an honest answer, including who it is and isn't a good fit for, and which package a small practice would usually start on.]
